Rating profiles

This section allows the client to:

- See the list of rating plans and their activation time.

- Download a CSV with each rating plan (Due to this feature relays on client API it requires you to have a client administrator, you'll get error 403 otherwise).

- Simulate a call and guess the cost of a given call.
